Final Inspection Station

The Final Inspection Station for car tires is used in the tire industry to carry out visual inspection of the tire by humans in addition to the machine tests. The finished tire is manually placed on the rollers of the final inspection station and spread. The tire is then set in rotation, giving the operator the opportunity to visually inspect the inside of the tire over its entire circumference. The mixed operation for different tire widths is possible at the final inspection station and the final inspection station is also available in a semi-automatic version. Handling aids such as a wrap are available.
