Tasks:

Training

Under our motto is “We educate you”, we have been a successful and well-known training company for generations. On August 1st, we offer training at South (Aichach) as well as North (Neustadt) locations for the following occupations:

Precision mechanics (f/m/d):

Tasks:

  • Manufacture metal precision components for machines and precision mechanical equipment and assemble them into functional units
  • Installation of electronic measuring and control components. Use of computer-controlled machine tools or manual execution of the work
  • Planning of workflows, setup of machine tools and machining of metals using machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding and honing
  • Assess work results and verify compliance with predetermined dimensional tolerances
  • Assembly of manufactured machine parts and equipment, adjustment depending on the intended use and execution of operating instructions
  • Maintenance and repair of fine-mechanical equipment

Requirements:

  • Secondary school
  • Dexterity and eye-hand coordination (e.g. for manual turning and milling work, for precise alignment of workpieces)
  • Craftsmanship and technical understanding (e.g. when installing machines and systems, detecting and correcting machine faults)
  • Diligent (e.g. for the faultless manufacture of precision equipment)

The training takes place in our workshop in Neustadt or abroad during assembly assignments at the customer’s shop, as well as in the vocational school Emil Possehl in Lübeck.
